The customer can withdraw from the contract, without stating the reason and without charge, within 14 days from the day he received the product.
You can return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt. The return is free with the requirement that it be made via the door-to-door service of ELTA Courier. Return by any other means is at the customer’s expense. If the product is defective, it can be returned at no charge to the customer.
Return options:
- Exchange with same product to another number or exchange with any other product.
- Refund your money to the bank account you provide.
All returned products must be in their original quality condition, have no tags removed from them and be accompanied by proof of purchase.
In the case of a refund, the procedure is done by deposit, no later than within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt and the costs are borne by the customer. If you provide us with an Alpha Bank, National Bank of Greece or Piraeus account there will be no additional bank charges. Otherwise, if you provide us with an account of another bank there will be the corresponding costs, which are shared by the transaction.
